We'll collaborate on the final design, providing visual aids and sketches to bring your ideas to life. As you make final selections for materials and finishes, we'll conclude this phase by presenting our guaranteed project price contract.
Permitting and Approvals
We'll navigate the necessary permits and approvals to ensure compliance with local regulations. We handle this administrative aspect, so you can focus on the exciting transformation ahead.
Purchasing Materials
We'll begin purchasing material to have it on site for when construction begins.

Regular Updates
Maintaining transparent communication is paramount. Through regular updates, including weekly work summaries, photos, and live schedule progress in the app, we keep you informed, engaged, and reassured about the progress of your project.
Punch List
We’ll walk through your new space and create a short list together of any items that have yet to be finished or addressed as the project nears completion.
Final Walkthrough
Experience the completed project with a final walkthrough. This allows us to address any last-minute adjustments or touch-ups, ensuring your absolute satisfaction with the finished result.
Follow-up and Feedback
After completion, we conduct a follow-up to gather your valuable feedback. We'll also take this opportunity to take some photos of the finished project.
